Managing Director
Ms. Lisa Sherchan is our founder and managing Director, overseeing business operations involving compliance, finance, sales and marketing, and partner relations. She brings in a wealth of knowledge and expertise from 13 years of industry experience. She holds certifications in USATC, QEAC, and TITI, showcasing her dedication to professional growth and proficiency in her field.
Prior to her tenure at 360 Education, Lisa fulfilled integral roles at Goldman Sachs, New York, and Bangalore, operating as an Asset Management (GSAM) and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. Her academic background includes an MSc in Business Analytics from Aarhus University, Denmark, and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Wesleyan College, USA.
Sumit Sharma
Director
Sumit is a seasoned professional within the educational landscape, with a specialized focus on pedagogy and the enhancement of vocational competencies. As a former full-time lecturer at the Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics at Assumption University of Thailand, he delivered expertise in an array of subjects, including Project Management, Business Research Methodology, and Content Editing for academic manuscripts. His tenure in this Thai institution has endowed him with a robust familiarity with educational benchmarks such as TQF (Thai Quality Standards) and AOL (Assurance of Learning), as aligned with AACSB accreditation standards.
Before his current engagement at Three Sixty, Sumit enriched his pedagogical repertoire as a visiting lecturer at the International School of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Kathmandu. His corporate tenure has been characterized by significant roles in marketing and operational management, contributing to his versatile professional profile.
Sumit’s academic foundation is both extensive and diverse, holding an MBA and pursuing a PhD in Philosophy and Religions from Assumption University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Pokhara University, Nepal. This interdisciplinary educational background informs his holistic approach to teaching and professional development within the educational sector
